She is survived by: her husband Gregory Louis Bono; her children, Scott Duff (Natalie), Shannon Anderson (Richard) and Kelly Clayton (Grant); her grandchildren, Richie Anderson (Adrienne Pipsair), Matthew Anderson (Nayeli Arias), Michael Anderson, Shelby Duff (Kevin Thomas), Abby Duff, William Clayton and Emily Clayton; her great grandchild Madison Thomas; and her siblings, Jim Bertrand (Sharon), Barbara Petreikis (Vince), Marilynn Bertrand, Nancy Conrad and Sally Gegenheimer.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to UAMS, Chi St Vincent, Lake Forest and Elite Hospice for the excellent care, In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Elite Hospice).

“Greg, I taught with Annette at Norbert Rillieux in Jefferson Parish. She was my colleague and more importantly my friend. I just found out, today, and want to extend heartfelt condolences to you and your family. We shared many laughs, great days at school and on our after-school term excursions to Grand Isle with several fellow teacher pals. Annette had such an infectious laugh and zest for life.
