He is survived by : his parents, Clemey Eunice Donaldson of Bakersfield California and James Raymond Donaldson of Hot Springs; his children, Jerry Lenn Donaldson Jr. of Hot Springs, Kimberley LouAnn Donaldson of Hot Springs, Julia Susan Donaldson of Hot Springs, Heather Michelle Donaldson of Hot Springs and Sunshine Michelle Donaldson of Hot Springs; his stepdaughters, Heaven and Miranda Rhodes; his sister Debbie Luann Quinn of Hanford California; and his stepbrother Brian Nunes of Hot Springs. He is also survived by his family and friends.
