He was predeceased by : his parents, John Haisty and Grace Brown Haisty; his stepson Chris Wiggam; and his siblings, Paul, Sherwood Haisty, Avanell Poff and Marian Stanford.

He is survived by : his wife Janice Gladden Wiggam; his daughters, Becky Paneitz and Cindy Gardner; his stepchildren, Contessa Boone and Mac Wiggam (Heather); his granddaughters, Jessica Amoso (Phil) and Heather Sullivan; and his stepgrandchildren, Devin, Alyssa, Samantha Wiggam, Whitney Ballard (Dustin), Colton Hollar and John Michael Boone.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlands Presbyterian Church (11 Ecuestre Dr, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909).

Memorials may be made to the Memorial Garden Fund in his honor.
