Moonyean Ruth Smarzinski Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Moonyean Ruth Smarzinski (Hot Springs Village, Arkansas), who passed away on April 6, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Theilig and Bettie Theilig; and her husband Gary Smarzinski. She is survived by: her children, Terri Perkins (Tracy), Steve Ihde (Susan) and Kirsten Brunette (Russ); her stepchildren, Mary Van Dehy (Jim), Gwen Schreiber (Ken), Brian Smarzinski (Kim) and Larry Smarzinski (Sally); and her brother Paul Theilig. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
This was evident during Covid, when she hoped to bring a bit of humor to friends and family around the country.
