He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Partain and Emma Partain; his grandparents, Floyd, Verdie Partain and Flossie Barton; and his sisters, Linda White and Vickie Benavidez.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Partain; his sons, Mark Partain (Andrea) and Joe Partain (Dana); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Amelia Partain, Jessica Yocum (Zac), Phillip Thomas Partain and Caroline; his great grandchildren, Harper and Harrison Yocum; and his sister Bonnie Cates. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Caruth Village Funeral Home (4623 AR-7, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mountain Valley Cemetery W Glazypeau (401 W Glazypeau Rd, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909).
