We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2024, at the age of 99, Robert Lincoln Foster of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, born in Monmouth, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Foster and Hannah Foster; his wife Marjorie Foster; his son James Richard Foster; and his brother Richard H. Foster.

He is survived by : his daughter Nancy; and his son-in-law James M. Patton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Habitat for Humanity Chicago South Region.
