With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth R. Kirtley of Hot Springs, Arkansas, born in Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Kirtley and Betty Kirtley; and his brother Jimmy Joe Kirtley. He is survived by: his wife Ann Tart Kirtley; his daughter Jennifer Lyons; and his grandsons, Asher Lyons and Griffin Lyons. He is also survived by family members, and a host of lifelong friends.
