He is survived by : his parents, Henry Clark of Siloam Springs and Elva Yent of Huntsville, Arkansas.; his son Tanner Clark of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his siblings, Janea Bradley of Huntsville, Carol Rowe of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Toby Clark of Prescott and Terry Clark of Colcord, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Todd, Courtney Sulffridge, Hailee Reynolds, Tayler Reynolds, Andrew Clark, Aiden Clark, Bode Clark and Kyle Clark.
