She was predeceased by : her parent Albnell Goodman Proctor; her husband Edwin Floyd Tilghman; her father Leland Proctor; and her brother-in-law Earl Smith. She is survived by : her son Stephen; her daughter-in-law Tara Tilghman of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Madyson (Kolton Shepherd) and Valerie Tilghman of Huntsville; and her siblings, Rudy Proctor of Springdale and Judy Smith of Fayetteville.
