He was predeceased by : his parents, Willard Usrey and Tommie Kate Usrey (Miller); and his brother Terry Lynn Usrey. He is survived by : his children, Brandy Lewellen (Chris), Melissa Davila (Rene), JoAnne Hawpe (Blake), Ronnie Usrey (Natalie), Sam Usrey (Aimee), Jessie Usrey, Marcus Usrey and Button Usrey; and his siblings, Kent Usrey, Randy Usrey, Arlene Johnson and Lafonda Harbec. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and several other family members and friends.
