He is survived by: his wife Anna Bowen; his children, Jerry Clinton Bowen (Halie) of Jacksonport and Meghan LeAnn Smith of Newport; his parents, Robert Bowen and Rosemay Bowen of Newport; his brother Randy Bowen of Newport; and his grandchildren, Brennen Smith, Amelia Smith, Allie Reid, Emilie Bowen and Bowen Smith. He is also survived by nieces, and three special nephews.
