It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sybil Irene Miller Capps Branscum of Jacksonville, Arkansas, born in Scott, Arkansas, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, A. J. Miller and Cora Esther Harmon Miller; her husband Gid Branscum; her daughter Sabrina Mason; and her siblings, Fred Miller, LaVerne Howell, Carlos Miller, Eva Belew, Laura Norman and Evelyn Smith.

She is survived by : her sons, Stephen Capps (Shelly), Ron Branscum (Deedre) and Scott Branscum (Shawna); her brother Norman Miller (Diane); and her friend Coy Davis. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
