He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Elmo and Johnnie Evelyn Stokes Riley; and his siblings, Clifford Lamar Riley, Jack Kennedy Riley, John Nelson Riley, Rita Ann Comfort and Amanda Carol Savell.

He is survived by : his children, Billy Ray Riley, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Vanessa Marie Neal of Cookeville, TN and Chasity Ann Riley of Chapin; and his sister Sandra Elizabeth Weaver of Star City. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
