He is survived by : his wife Nancy Maneille Guillet; his son Josh Guillet; his nephew Dustin Madden; his grandchildren, Ana Belle, Erica Guillet, John Guillet and Aurora Madden; and his siblings, Christie Madden, Gerard Guillet and Roderick Guillet. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Jean Richard Guillet, 65, passed away on May 1, 2018 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease at Resthaven Nursing Center.
