He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Ivy and Doris Ivy (Bond); his wife Marilyn Ivy (Maxwell); his son Barry Don Ivy; and his brother Ronnie Ivy.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Ivy (Jacqueline), Perry Ivy (Marjorie), Tonya Ivy and Morgan Eagan (Tommy); his grandchildren, Payton Ivy, Paris Ivy, Porcelyn Ivy, Mark Allen Ivy and Inman Eagan; his siblings, Stephen Ivy, Judy Brinkley and Marshia Vanslyke; and his close friend Janie Selby.
