He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughters, Jessica, Rachell, Sarah, Kasey and Elizabeth; his granddaughters, Trinity and Kayla Blazeff; his mother Nancy Leiby; his siblings, Robert and Marjie Playter (Jaye); and his siblings' children, Maggie, Corbin, Ryan and Jared.
