He was predeceased by : his wife Trudy Pankey; his son Dale Pankey; his brother Tony Pankey; and his nephew Mario Pankey. He is survived by : his daughters, Rena Pankey, Phyllis Russell, Dana Leach (Jim Bob) and Debbie Roberts; his sisters, Quara Vowan and Faye Davidson (Dewayne); his grandchildren, Sio Bhan Keeton (Rodney), Bri Hines (Preston), Lynae Layne (Gene), Jonathan Leach, Jayna Leach, Jessica Leach, James Ryan Leach, Jenny Simmons, Bethany Hooper and Travis Kimberling; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Layne, Conner Layne, Jaxson Hines, Asher Keeton, Layla Hines, Tate Layne, Carlos Lagunas and Caleb Muller.
