Salvador Tovar Barajas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Salvador Tovar Barajas of Jonesboro, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 7, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Salvador Tovar is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Salvador Tovar's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Tovar and Estela Barajas. He is survived by: his siblings, Marcial Tovar and María Carmen Tovar; his wife Juana Martinez Rivera; and his sons, Juan Ramon, Salvador, Carlos Alberto and Rodolfo Tovar. He is also survived by his siblings, daughters-in-law, twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, as well as his beloved family.
A prayer will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (1107 E Highland Dr, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
