She is survived by: her parents, Callie Packett Cathey and William Packett; her brothers, William Packett, James Packett, Arrants Packett, Lester Packett and Fred Packett; her nephews, William "Billie" Packett and Tommy Packett; her husband Clarence T. Hamilton, Jr.; her son Steve Hamilton; her children-in-law, Carol Hamilton, Debbie Jackson, Henry Guy Jackson, Cathy Maples and Kent Maples; her grandchildren, Shannon Hamilton, Sarah Hamilton, Autumn Jackson, Blake Jackson, Kendall Maples and Christopher Maples; her siblings-in-law, Linda Burgess (James) and Kenneth (Ann); her niece Mary Helen Greene of Sweetwater; and her close friends, Kathi, Shelia, Tabetha, Brandi and Maxine. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
