She is survived by : her children, Jennifer Short (Terry) of Lake City and J. Q. Armstrong III (Pat) of Spartanburg, SC; her sister Wilma Dean Pope of Diamond Head, Mississippi; her grandchildren, Mathew Short (Leigh Ann) of Caraway, Sara Creecy (Scott) of Osceola, Evan Wilkes Short (Natalie) of Cabot, J. Q. Armstrong IV (Keri) of Greer, SC, Kathryn Sorrel (Adam) of Greer, SC and Emily Armstrong (Michael Buckingham) of Spartanburg; and her great grandchildren, Dalton Short, Maleigh Short, Macie Short, Hayden Creecy, Braxton Creecy, Braelyn Creecy, Loren Short, Caleb Short and Eadie Armstrong (Martha Carter).
