He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Herman Cope and Julia Mae Cope (Price); his sister Barbara Julian; and his brother-in-law Jerry Julian. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Jean Cope (Burns) of Lake Village, Arkansas; his children, Isaac Clinton Cope Jr. (Robin Weldon Cope) of Fort Worth, TX and Julie Gaddis (Terry Gaddis) of Decatur, TX; his siblings, Richard Cope (Betty Cope) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Eugene Cope Jr. (Betty Cope) of Knoxville, TN, Phyllis Whitt (Ronnie Whitt) of Knoxville, TN and Wanda Sherrod (Gene Sherrod) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Clinton Cope, Candice Enos and Ryan Enos (Susie Enos); his great grandchildren, Emily Oxford, Kaylyn Enos and Trevor Enos; his great-niece Mallory Weldon; and his friends, Ferrell, Maria, Ted, Mary and Maggie.
