She was predeceased by : her parents, Cameron Johnson and Mary Beard; and her husband Billy Hunter. She is survived by : her sons, Mark Hunter (Missy) and Keith Hunter (Tyra); her brother James "Jim Bob" Johnson (Mary Ann); her grandchildren, Casey Boothe (Nick), Cameron Hunter, Zac Yee and Jared Yee; and her niece Jamie Ward. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
