He was predeceased by : his mother Joyce M. Bly Pennington; and his sister Vickie Stafford. He is survived by : his wife Gail Simmons Pennington of Lake Village; his children, Wade Pennington (Julie) of Hamburg, Lynn Rice (Denton) of Hamburg, Kellie Roberson of Warren and Kacy Gill of Hamburg; his brother Rick Dale Pennington of Monroe, Louisiana; his grandchildren, McKenzie Rice, Jaci Forrest, Drake Rice, Dalton Gill of Emilee Gill, J. D, Paislee Rice, Owen Roberson, Olivia Roberson and Jagger Pennington; and his great grandchild Raiden Allen Bartlett.
