He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Gerald Tuggle and Christine Tuggle (Lindley); his son Joseph Gabriel Tuggle; his grandparents, Carlie, Elsie Tuggle, David and Nona Lindley; and his brothers, Jerry Tuggle and Rickey Tuggle.

He is survived by : his children, Randy Tuggle (Patricia) of Madison, MS and Alicia Tuggle Bell (Justin) of Blytheville, AR; his siblings, Kathy Tuggle of Atlanta, GA, Christy Gautney (Jim) of Cave City, AR. and Tommy Tuggle (Karen) of Mound City, KS.; and his grandchildren, Annika Tuggle, Adley Tuggle, William "Hayes" Bell and Kennedy Bell.
