He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Mouser and Maggie Edgin Mouser; and his son Charles Mouser. He is survived by : his wife Pauline Ross Mouser; his son Bruce Mouser of Leachville; and his grandchildren, Shannon Mouser and Angel Benham.
