She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Turner and Katie Ruth Eubanks Turner; her husband Bill McGowan; and her siblings, Magaline Gann, Sug Sprouce, John Turner, Leon Turner and Bill Turner.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Dollar (Jean) of Carrolls Corner and Randy Dollar of Lepanto; her brother Kuron Turner of Lepanto; and her grandchildren, Shanda (T. J. Morrow), Jennifer (Scottie McCullar) and Brandon (Tina Dollar). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
