He is survived by : his son John Adam Duginski of Rockford; his brother Roger Duginski of Malvern; and his brother-in-law Milton Rhodes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Mr. Duginski died of COVID on Monday October 25, 2021 at Baptist.
