He was predeceased by : his father Spence Douglas Carter; and his aunt Brenda Hubbard. He is survived by : his wife Markley Carter; his sons, Noah Carter and Hayden Harsson; his mother Mary Carter; his siblings, Doug Carter (Brenda), Mary Elizabeth Cruz (Alberto) and Richard Carter; his nephews, Chris Carter (Taylor) and Blake Carter; his niece Adriana Cruz; and his great-niece Payton Alyse Carter.
A Memorial service will be held at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto, Arkansas on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 2:00 p. m. and visitation will be held from 12:00 p. m. – 2:00 p. m. CDC recommends that everyone wear a mask and social distance.
