She is survived by : her husband Harold Smallwood; and her siblings, Johnny Truelove (Norma) of Lepanto, Joyce Holleman (Raymond) of Lepanto, Nell Nelson of Lepanto and Janie Oakes (Raymond) of Lepanto. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
