She was predeceased by : her parents, J. O. Chambers and Evelyn Williams Chambers; her husband G. E. "Buck" Guin; her daughter Mericia Kaye Guin Holiman; and her sister Waneta Chambers Kurts.
She is survived by : her daughter Felicia Cook (Roy) of Lepanto; her grandchildren, Lindsay Holiman of Marked Tree, Whitney Cook of Dallas, Marissa Holiman Stover (Charles) of Owensville, Ryan Cook (Nonnie) of Osceola and Kirsten Holiman of Lepanto; her son-in-law Mark Holiman of Lepanto; and her siblings, Patricia Mote (Jerry), Barbara Cullom (Larry), Donna Harig and Stan Chambers (Shirley). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
