He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cutchall and Gladys Cutchall. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Cutchall; his children, Charles E Cutchall Jr. (Nicole) of Texarkana, Arkansas and Angela Newton (Robert) of Lewisville, Arkansas; his siblings, Bobbie Brazzell of Genoa, Arkansas and Lloyd Cutchall (Gail); and his grandsons, Aaron Newton (Mikayla), Charles Clay Cutchall and Jon Chatelain. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of North Lewisville.
