It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willis Lee Winkler (Lincoln, Arkansas), born in Morrow, Arkansas, who passed away on July 31, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Eugene and Bessie Alice Winkler (Griffin); his siblings, Homer, Bobby, Paul, Jim and Asalee Bredrick; his brothers-in-law, Steve Johnson (Phyllis) and Wayne Johnson; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Winkler; his granddaughters, Kristi O'Brien, Rachel Winkler and Marsha Winkler-Frost; and his great grandchild Sebastian Frost.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy JoAnne Winkler (Johnson); his children, Larry Winkler (Esther) of Neosho, MO, Debbee O'Brien of Lincoln, AR, Sara Williams of Fort Smith, AR and Jon Mark Winkler of Dutch Mills, AR; and his brothers, Hugh Winkler (Edna) of Summers, AR and Floyd Winkler (Brenda) of Siloam Springs, AR.
