She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman Dale Brimhall and Florence Elizabeth Simon Brimhall; her husband Harold Burtman; and her daughter Brenda Whitehead. She is survived by : her daughters, Lena Vogel of Mary Esther, FL and Kate Scoggins (Tim) of Morrilton; her son-in-law Kenneth Whitehead of Magazine; and her grandchildren, Ryan Maxey, Travis Jensen of Florida, Eric, Mike Betz of Ill, Sara, Dathan Nordheim of Washington, Mitchell, Melissa Clemons, Kathy Whitehead of Ill, Katie Maxey, Michael Clemons, Julia, Tim Eickenburg of Morrilton, Trent, Barbara Scoggins of Morrilton, Shannon and Patrick Burke. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
