It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Garner III of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Booneville, Mississippi, who passed away on March 3, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Garner, Jr. and Leola Grisham Garner; his sister Nancy Spain of Booneville, MS; and his mother-in-law Billie Jane Davis of Corinth, MS.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Kimberly Garner, Thomas Franklin Garner IV (Ashley) and Elizabeth Garner; and his grandchildren, Caroline Parker, Thomas Franklin Garner V and Beckett Emerson Garner. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and family members.
