He is survived by: his wife Gail Burl; his children, Shandrail (Myrickki) of Little Rock, AR. and William Burl, Jr. (Jan) of Little Rock, AR.; and his siblings, Lydia Buchanan of Kansas City and Michael Burl of St. Louis, MO.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
