He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Forgey and Margerite Forgey; his son Andrew Lane Forgey (Martha Ann Forgey); and his sister Beverly Clay. He is survived by: his brothers, Richard Forgey of Tyler and Mack Forgey of California.
