She is survived by: her husband Eddie Scroggins of Manila; her children, Robert Davis of Manila, Michael Davis (Bethany) of Cave City and Valarie Barham (Derrick) of Ft. Morgan; and her siblings, Ronald Webster (Linda) of Sterling, Gaylen Starr (Juanita) of Arizona, Fred Starr Ellis of Jonesboro, Connie Conrad of Spring Valley, Brenda Murray of Spring Valley, Tammy Taylor (Scott) of Harrisburg, Regina Starr of Ottawa and Reyne Dockins of Princeton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel (507 AR-18, Manila, AR 72442). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
