He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Counce and Mary Olline Nixon Counce; and his siblings, Donald "Hoppy" Counce, Carl Counce and Linda Harlow.
He is survived by : his wife Audrey Counce; his children, Jeremy Counce (Taylor) of Trumann, Sherl Ingle (Chris) of Judsonia and Carla Counce of Marked Tree; his brothers, J. L. Counce of Marked Tree, Jimmy Counce of Marked Tree and David Counce of Marion; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Chevy, Jordan, Carley, Kashleigh and Kalleigh.
A Memorial service will be held at Marked Tree Church of God, Marked Tree, Arkansas on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 2:00 P. M. CDC recommends wearing a mask and to social distance.
