She is survived by : her husband Thurman Valentine Acord (Slim); her son Dennis Acord; her grandson Eric Acord; her sisters-in-law, Norma Reynolds of Fredericktown and Margaret Reynolds of Kerman; and also, Toney G. Reynolds (Sybil) of Roswell and Teddy R. Reynolds (Billie) of Madera.
