He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Jewell Richter (Burcham); his wife Terry Richter; his siblings, Susie Cockerell, Bob Richter and Ed Richter; his father Edwin M. Richter; and his children, Stephanie Richter and Daniel Richter. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
