She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollin Snow and Ruth Snow; her husband Arvel Ras Ragland; her grandson Ryan Brock Ragland; and her siblings, Donald Snow and Frances Chisum.
She is survived by: her children, Nelson Ragland (Betty) of Harrison, Bethel Massey (Bentley) of Marshall, Jeff Ragland (Sheila) of Marshall and Tim Ragland (Jackie) of Harrison; and her siblings, Ben Snow of Tulsa, OK, Freddie McBride of Tulsa, OK and Willie Harris of Marshall. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
