She was predeceased by: her husband Leland Ray Duncan; her parents, George Jackson and Mirl Jackson; and her siblings-in-law, Dee Hardin, Merle Duncan, James Eugene and Bill Duncan.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Mallett (Gregg); her granddaughter Maci JaNae; her siblings, Betty Milam (Dempsey) and Bill Jackson (Donna); her great grandchildren, Davian Mallett, Ivan, Aaryon and Kalysta Mallett; her close friends, Rie Cook and Daniel Cook; her children, Matt, Maddison, Masson and Jaden; her siblings-in-law, Larry Hardin, Pam Duncan and Nina Duncan; and also, Jackson Harness, Nathan Mallett and Chris Mallett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nephews and great nieces.
