It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Racine Treadwell Ragland (Marshall, Arkansas), born in Searcy, Arkansas, who passed away on August 19, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Treadwell and Julia Treadwell; her siblings, Verna Moore, Buel Holliman, Enid Hotman, Chester Treadwell, Garland Treadwell, Opal Treat, Loey Treadwell and Hugh Treadwell Jr.; and her son-in-law Donnie Sutterfield.
She is survived by: her wife Julia Ann; her children, Judy Sutterfield of Marshall, Bill Ragland (Holly) of Morning Star, Hughy Ragland (Kandy) of Morning Star and Randy Treadwell (Rita) of Marshall; and her grandchildren, Chris Sutterfield, Ricky Ragland, Phylicia Daniel, Jeff Treadwell and Cory Treadwell.
