He was predeceased by : his parents, William J. Rains and Eva E. Bohannon Rains; and his siblings, Gallileo, Benson, Veda and Oda Jean.
He is survived by : his children, William Rains of Marshall, Heather Oliver of Center Ridge and Marie Cole (Clinton) of Marshall; his siblings, Rex Rains of Marshall, James Rains and Loretta Salcido; and his grandchildren, Landon, Brooklyn Oliver, Mia and Carlee Cole. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
