He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Cagle; and his children, Richard Booth (Keesa) of Greenbrier, AR, Charles Cagle, Jr. (Sharon) of Bryant, AR, Ronald Cagle (Virginia) of Lexa, AR and Anglia Tullos of Marvell, AR. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; along with a host of extended family.
