He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Lee Cartwright; his children, Kevin Sanders and Keisha Walker; his brother Donald E. Sanders; his parents, Jesse Sanders and Gertrude Murrell; and his grandparents, John Murrell, Lillie Mae Cheatham, Lucia Sanders and Ruthie Mae Oats.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Sanders (James), Ricky Sanders of Marvell, Derrick Walker (Alisha) of Forrest City and Misty Collier Farr (Leslie) of Florissant, Missouri; and his siblings, Billy Daniels of Conway, Eddie Sanders, James Sanders (Gwelder) of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Annie Collins (Andrew). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
