He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon Holt and Edith Mae Holt (Nelson); his son Larry Joe Holt; and his siblings, William Holt, Lee Holt, Jim Holt, Leona Dixon and Mary McDowell.
He is survived by : his wife Ruth Holt (Crumpton); his children, Earl Holt, Jr. of Hot Springs, Ronald Crumpton (Diana) of Strawberry, Pamela Angel Holt of Georgia, Stella Holt of Texas, Carrie Cook of Corpus Christy and Rebecca Branch of Huntsville, Arkansas; and his siblings, Alan Holt of Fort Worth, Texas and Alice Eaton of Navasota, Texas. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
