He was predeceased by : his parents, George W. Moore and Ollie Jean "Smith" Wilson. He is survived by : his pet J. D.; his wife Donna Lindgren Moore of Mayflower; his children, Michael W. Moore (Hannah) of Florida and Tiffany Bowden (Edward) of Dardanelle; his stepchildren, Diana Benton (Trey), Rob Flaischaker (Melinda) of Illinois, Amanda Flaischaker of Hot Springs, Thomas Carter and Victoria Carter of Paris; and his siblings, Mary Moore-Bowden of Oppelo, Brenda Roysden (Terry) of Tennessee and Ronnie Moore (Trish) of Tennessee. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
