It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Cecelia Waller Milum of Mayflower, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Estes and Addie Waller (Daniel). She is survived by : her husband Glen Milum; her children, Michelle Evans (Jeff), Christopher Duncan (Stacy), Tim Lankford (Denise), Clinton Milum (Susan), Cody Milum and Jamie Milum; her grandchildren, Liam Lynch, Aubrey Duncan, Chad, Clayton, Lael, Kali and Jamie Rae; her great grandchildren, Everett, Claire, JoJo and Harley; and her siblings, Frances Waller Boyett (Danny) and Franklin "Bill" Waller. She is also survived by six nieces; one nephew; many extended family and friends.
