He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Foster and Cornelia Foster (Wilhite); his siblings, Jerry Foster and Nettie Cross; and his close friend Janet Hammett.
He is survived by: his son Carl Dean "Tooter" Foster, Jr.; his grandchildren, Dylan Foster (Shaaylyne), Ashli Kincaid, Colten Foster, Hailey Breseman and Maci Breseman-Rhodes; his great grandchildren, Payton Foster, Jay-Paul Foster, Ava Foster, Raven Kincaid and Zadion Kincaid; and his sisters, Annie Faye Scheeler (Robert) and Donna Cogburn.
Due to Covid-19, the family asks that masks and social distancing guidelines be followed at the service.
